I’m at day 10 with Stop Sweating and Start Living and I am trying to hold back my enthusiasm right now…Partly because I can’t believe what is happening and partly because I’m worried it will be short lived.

BUT…

I’m happy to report that for the last 2 days I have seen a DRASTIC decrease in my sweating! :)

There is a definite decrease in my underarm footprint on my shirts throughout the day.  I can’t believe this is working so well!  If I had to quantify it, I’d say my sweating has gone down by a good 50%, no joke.

Stop Sweating and Start Living has been really easy to follow to this point, doesn’t take very long and I’m not really having issues with the redness under the arms anymore.

I’m feeling a lot more comfortable and confident at work… and I hope this feeling continues!  When I stretch my arms out on my desk at work I no longer feel the sweat trickling down, it is all pretty well contained.

I’m really looking forward to the coming days and crossing my fingers that the trend sticks!
