Stop Sweating Start Living Day 6

Hey guys,

So it’s day 6 for me, in trying out the Stop Sweating Start Living program…

What I was finding Day 3-4 was I was actually beginning to sweat MORE than what I had previously, I was really alarmed by this and was wondering how this program could be causing more harm then good!  I honestly thought at first of just quitting the program all together, but I gritted it out. My guess as to what has been happening is my sweat glands have been “De-clogging” themselves from all the years I’ve been using aluminum chloride based antiperspirants on a daily basis…

I’m glad to say that the excess sweating has since died down, to the point where I find I’m not sweating QUITE as much as I was at Day 1.  I’m not getting as wet as I used to throughout the day, the situation seems a bit more manageable!  Hopefully this stays this way and only continues to improve…

In addition to the Stop Sweating Start Living program I’m currently doing several other things to reduce my sweating which I think is further helping my progress along.  I’m making sure I eat the proper foods for one, I’m not eating any spicy foods or foods which contain too much sugar.  I’ve also cut out coffee and instead drink wheatgrass each morning. 

I can’t really jump to any conclusions as of yet, but things are looking up for me.. and that’s exciting!
